Nolin RECC needs to get with the program

Icebound Kentucky.  Over at the hillbilly report they are still without power. 

Unbelievable that over 2 wks without power and the electric company cannot even update their customers.

LG&E in hot water over Cold Snap

Looks like LG&E is getting some well deserved public outcry over this last power outage.  People are rightly upset that mother nature whooped us good.  But  I don’ think anything will come from “bury the lines” .  Although if you want to improve infrastructure….

Kentucky 911 law. Limit media’s effectiveness

Kentucky enters another new low.  A bill making it through the legislature wants to limit 911 calls from being released to the media.  The bill’s sponsor Sen. John Schickel, R- Union says it will limit “sensationalism”
