Well more education finally helped out in Kentucky.

Traffic fatalities in Kentucky last year, down 8 percent from 2005,
were at a five-year low in 2006, preliminary statistics from state
government indicate.

Too many kids do not get a solid financial education when in high school or lower grades.  Consumer credit cards are offered to college students in exchange for free tshirts.  People are taught to buy what you want now and pay it off later.  Why not Mentor you child now on real financial responsibility.
