Most Expensive House Kentucky

Is this the Most Expensive House in Kentucky?

According to the listing this house is $7.5 million dollars.  I don’t think this is the most expensive Kentucky Real Estate
I reserver that right for some Kentucky Farms.  But this House definitely has some potential.

    nope this isnt the most expensive. it was either last year or the year before there was a house listed in the area of lexington kentucky for 14 million. obviously it was both a house and farm but it was nothing in even comparison to the farms/property where our bluegrass race horses live! (: just thought i would share that with you! oh and a house on only 5 acres down the street from me was appraised at 8 million when the owners redid the entire house with everything imported from france. so… yeah.. but great post though! but if you want to see some impressive properties go to lexington the horse capitol of the world and home of the 2010 games!

    I live in the horse capital and have worked on three homes in the past two years that were in the 5 million range, there a lot of expensive homes in lexington. the last home was 17,000 sf with a three story 180″ HD screen home theater that had five seating levels. very nice
