So I am doing my usual morning routine. Checking the local news etc.and this thing greets you on the frontpage of the courierjournal
Is it bold or is it ugly. My intial reaction to it can be summed up as “huh”? This must be one of those buildings that is supposed to envoke strong emotion from the people.
The craziest thing is this is actually getting built. Here everyone was talking about stadium this and that, while this “unique architectual addition” was being designed.
How is this not bigger news? I totally agree with your assessment – that makes me go “huh” for sure. Regardless, I am 100% in favor of a striking addition to the Louisville skyline, even if I’m not the hugest fan.
If that building really is going to be built as shown, it’s sure to garner some national attention.
I am really glad this building is being built. I am sick and tired of looking out my window at night, and seeing lots of stars and the moon. Thank you, Louisville. Plus, the prison wing section looks really useful.
And, if this was tetris, you could really get a rocking score. Is that a really huge escalator, or a highly advanced Klingon elevator?

I am very glad that Louisville is finally building this sky-scraper. now we will no longer be known as the biggest city i n the hick state. We will be called LOUISVILLE.
The city’s growth is quite amazing; we need to make sure it’s smart growth. Such a downtown anchor of business will keep the momentum going.

I agree with Chris P. that if this building is going to be built, it will really catch the nation’s attention. It’s structural design is unique and eye catching. Im glad that Louisville is starting to develop skyscrapers like this. Congratulations to Louisville. Cheers!
