The bluegrassreport has a interesting piece about Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher. He has a pardon case up for appeal and one of the Judges has had to recuse themself from the case. Now Fletcher, is in the position to put a “friend” on the case.
I believe the Fletcher should allow a impartial personto hear the case. This is a matter that has already muddied the waters of political favoritism in the state. Why sully your name any further by appointing a friend to hear your wrongs.
